Duck Duck Rooter Plumbing and Septic Services is seeking a motivated and team-oriented experienced

HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our fast-paced company located in Jacksonville, Florida.

Duties:

• Conduct warm in home estimates to identify and determine HVAC system replacement solutions. No residential cold call visits.
• Sales of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, heating units, package units, mini-splits, geo-thermal, RTU's, dehumidifiers, ductwork and IAQ packages.
• Sales of residential and commercial service agreements and membership packages.
• Residential and light commercial appointment opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales, and installation schedules.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC estimates.
• Coordinate equipment ordering and staging for installation.
• Ongoing training and leadership development.
• Responsible for company provided vehicle, gas card, cell phone and tablet

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an HVAC Comfort Advisor, or HVAC related field.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of property maintenance practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
